The important tasks to be done during this phase include:

• What are the installation dimensions?
• Where and what location should it be installed?
• When will the construction and completion dates be?

After understanding all of the customer's needs through the questions above, we will proceed to advise on suitable service packages and provide a price quote.

Step 2: Site survey

After consulting with the client, we will conduct a site survey to ensure accurate design. Specifically, this will allow us to provide the best possible contingency plans for the client. Some of the tasks that will be carried out during the survey process include:

• Survey the stage installation location (measurements from the wall to the installation point, height, etc.).
• Survey installation options (What will be used to secure the stage? Where should the stage be installed to look good and maximize its functionality, etc.)

Step 3: Contract signing - Project deposit

After the survey is complete and detailed drawings are prepared, both parties will negotiate and sign a contract. Following this, a deposit will be made according to the prior agreement, and we will transport the equipment to the installation site.

Step 4: Proceed with construction and installation.

After all the equipment has been transported to the installation site, the technical staff will proceed with the installation and complete the product within the timeframe specified in the contract.

Step 5: Conduct acceptance testing and payment.

After installation is complete, we will hand over the finished product to the customer, conduct acceptance testing, and settle the remaining payments.
