Project construction and installation process at ProAVL

Step 1: Consult with the customer

This is a crucial step in business, in order to understand customer needs. The construction company must consult with the customer to understand their wishes and then offer specific solutions and service packages.

ProAVL will collect the following information from customers:

• What is the purpose of installation?
• Where will it be installed?
• When will the construction and completion dates be?
• What is the client's budget?
• What equipment does the customer want installed?

In addition, many more questions will be answered during the in-person consultation with the customer.

Step 2: Site survey

After consulting with the client, our staff will conduct a site survey to develop the most suitable and convenient construction plans for the client.

Some of the tasks that will be performed during the survey include the following:

• Survey the installation location (measurements from the wall to the installation point, height, etc.).
• Survey the installation options (What will be used to secure the equipment? Where should it be installed for the lights to look good and the speakers to function optimally, etc.)

Step 3: Quotation – Contract – Deposit

After completing the survey, we will provide detailed designs and specific installation options for the client's reference. Once the client approves, we will provide a quotation, sign a contract, and proceed with construction and installation according to the signed agreement. The deposit amount will vary depending on the project.

Step 4: Proceed with construction and installation.

After completing the necessary procedures, we will transport the equipment to the construction site and proceed with the installation as initially agreed.

Step 5: Project Acceptance – Payment

After the construction and installation are completed, we will hand it over to the customer, who will then inspect and accept it.

After the customer finalizes the project, they will proceed with payment of the remaining amount, and we will continue to provide warranty support for the specified period.
